Working Principle

Paper feeders rely on the TJP33RK motor for the core power of precise paper conveying and separation. The motor converts electrical energy into uniform low-speed mechanical rotation via its optimized multi-stage micro-gear reduction system, driving the paper feed roller, separation roller and pickup roller to rotate at a synchronized customized speed (10-30 RPM). It cooperates with the paper feeder’s friction separation structure to realize single-sheet precise feeding—the motor’s stable torque output ensures the roller applies uniform pressure to the paper stack, avoiding multi-sheet feeding caused by excessive torque or paper feeding failure due to insufficient torque.
