TJP102FT DC Gear Motor for Ice Cream Makers: Stable Agitation, Crafting Silky Creamy Delights
The TJP102FT DC gear motor is a heavy-duty core drive component customized for ice cream makers, integrating low-temperature adaptive design, high-torque precision gear transmission and anti-freezing sealing technology. Powered by 220V AC-DC converted power supplies (compatible with household/commercial electrical standards), it achieves stepless speed regulation and stable continuous operation, supporting core ice cream making processes such as low-temperature raw material agitation, frozen slurry emulsification, hard ice cream extrusion and soft serve mixing while meeting the harsh working conditions (low temperature, high viscosity material load, long-time continuous operation) and food-grade hygiene requirements of home dessert making, milk tea shops, bakeries and commercial catering scenarios.

Working Principle
Ice cream makers rely on the TJP102FT motor for all-core drive of the mixing and forming system. The motor converts electrical energy into stable mechanical torque, driving the spiral mixing paddle and scraper assembly via reinforced multi-stage gear transmission to rotate at a customized low speed (5-30 RPM) in the low-temperature freezing cylinder (-18℃~-5℃). It realizes dual functions of uniform agitation and wall scraping: the spiral paddle fully emulsifies milk, cream, fruit and other raw materials to avoid ingredient stratification, while the scraper continuously peels off the frozen ice crystal layer on the cylinder wall to form fine and smooth ice cream slurry. For commercial hard ice cream makers, the motor provides high torque to drive the extrusion screw, pressing the frozen slurry into shaped ice cream; for soft serve models, it matches variable speed control to adjust the mixing consistency, adapting to different taste formulas (milk, fruit, matcha). Its built-in load sensing and speed feedback system automatically adjusts torque output when facing high-viscosity slurry, avoiding stalling or raw material agglomeration.
Core Advantages
Adaptable to the low-temperature, high-viscosity working environment of ice cream makers and strict food safety requirements, the TJP102FT motor boasts outstanding performance: low-temperature resistance (-30℃ to 60℃) with anti-freezing lubricants and low-temperature resistant winding insulation, ensuring no performance degradation in the freezing cylinder environment; high torque density (≥25N·m) to drive high-viscosity frozen slurry and extrusion mechanisms without stalling, adapting to continuous 8+ hour commercial operation; stepless speed regulation (5-30 RPM) to match soft serve/hard ice cream/ice cream popsicle production processes, realizing customizable taste from silky soft serve to firm hard ice cream; food-grade IP65 waterproof and anti-fouling sealing with food-contact grade engineering plastic casings and silicone sealing rings, preventing slurry infiltration and complying with FDA/GB 4806 food safety standards; ultra-low operating noise (≤42dB) via optimized gear meshing and shock absorption structure, fitting indoor catering and home kitchen environments; wear-resistant alloy gear and reinforced output shaft design, resisting abrasion from ice crystal and hard ingredients, with a long service life (≥10,000 working hours); built-in overload, overheat and locked-rotor protection, preventing motor damage from slurry agglomeration or cylinder jamming; customizable installation dimensions and output shaft interfaces, matching desktop home ice cream makers, commercial countertop soft serve machines and large-scale hard ice cream production equipment.
