History

2015–2016: Industry Exhibition Debut and Market Expansion

At the end of 2015, TYHEMotor announced its participation in the 14th Shenzhen International Small Motor & Motor Industry and Magnetic Materials Exhibition (held in May 2016), showcasing core products including permanent magnet DC gear motors, DC planetary gear motors, and DC specialty gear motors at Booth A361. This participation marked the company's official transition from a regional manufacturer to a national industry player. At that time, the company's products were already widely applied in aerospace, aviation, automotive, artificial intelligence, automatic control, electric power, chemical engineering, light industry, textiles, medical devices, fitness equipment, instrumentation, and many other fields, with an annual production capacity of 5 million units and exports to Europe, the United States, South and Central Asia, and other regions.

2019: CE & ROHS Dual Certification, Recognized as "China Famous Brand"

In 2019, TYHEMotor reached a significant milestone—its main products passed the EU CE safety certification and ROHS environmental certification, achieving dual quality assurance for exports. In the same year, the company was recognized as a "China Famous Brand." This marked the dual recognition of TYHEMotor's product quality and brand influence by both the market and the industry, paving the way for further expansion into overseas high-end markets. The company's products were exported to the United Kingdom, Croatia, and other countries, making a name for itself in the international micro-motor field.

2020–2023: Capacity Expansion and Technology Barrier Building

With sustained growth in market demand, TYHEMotor continued to expand production capacity and deepen its technological accumulation. By 2023, the company operated a 3,000-square-meter production workshop with 75 employees, having developed and manufactured a total of 4 major categories and over 150 specifications of micro DC gear motors, with an annual production capacity of nearly 3 million units and multiple utility model invention patents. The product line covers four major categories: DC gear motors, DC planetary gear motors, DC specialty gear motors, and DC worm gear motors, with specifications ranging from 16mm to 106mm in diameter, capable of meeting diverse needs from consumer-grade smart devices to industrial-grade applications.

2024: Continued Technological Innovation and Deepening Patent Portfolio

In 2024, TYHEMotor accelerated its pace of technological innovation. In April, the company filed a patent application for "A Vertical Planetary Gear Motor," which was granted by the National Intellectual Property Administration in December of the same year (Authorization Announcement No. CN 222127790 U). This patented technology, through a unique noise-reduction structure and rotating component design, effectively prevents output shaft breakage in vertical planetary gear motors caused by additional loads, while also improving operational stability. In addition, the company successively obtained 12 patent authorizations, including "A High-Efficiency Heat-Dissipating Dual-Shaft Reducer," "A Gear Motor with In-Operation Dust Removal Function," and "A Gear Motor with Easy Mounting and Fixing," further consolidating its technological moat.

2025: Debut at Jakarta, Indonesia Exhibition—Focusing on Indonesia and Expanding into Southeast Asia Growth Pole

In 2025, Wenzhou TYHEMotor Co., Ltd. showcased its core products—including micro DC gear motors, planetary gear motors, and worm gear motors—at a series of industrial exhibitions held at the Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) in Indonesia. This appearance demonstrated to the Southeast Asian market the technological strength and customized service capabilities of "Intelligent Manufacturing in China" in the precision drive sector.
