Nema34 stepper motor is the largest in the standard Nema series, featuring an 86mm square flange and delivering massive holding torque from 4.5Nm up to 12Nm. The two-phase hybrid design provides reliable open-loop control, while 3-phase versions offer smoother motion and lower vibration at high speeds. The motor is built with oversized bearings, reinforced housings, and high-temperature magnet wire for continuous duty in harsh industrial environments. Step angle is 1.8° (0.9° available for high-precision versions). We provide optional motors with IP65 protection, integrated 1000-line encoders for closed-loop control, fail-safe electromagnetic brakes, and high-ratio planetary gearboxes for extreme torque multiplication.
