Description

TJW58FX is the highest torque model in the 58mm center distance worm gear motor series, delivering output torque from 1Nm up to 5Nm (peak 9Nm). This heavy-duty version features oversized taper roller bearings on the output shaft, a reinforced gear housing with extended cooling fins, and double-lip oil seals to prevent leakage in demanding environments. The worm is case-hardened and precision-ground, while the worm wheel is made of centrifugal cast bronze for maximum strength. Reduction ratios from 7.5:1 to 80:1 are available. We provide optional motors including high-efficiency brushless DC motors, AC induction motors with brake, and explosion-proof motors for hazardous environments.

Wide range of configurations:

Center distance 58mm, reduction ratio 7.5–80:1, output torque 1–5Nm (peak 9Nm), input power up to 40W, IP54–IP65 protection.
