Description

TJW58FG worm gear motor features 58mm center distance and is built with a cast iron gear housing for enhanced durability and vibration damping. The worm is made of hardened alloy steel with ground threads, while the worm wheel uses high-grade tin bronze for excellent wear resistance. This combination delivers smooth and reliable power transmission with output torque ranging from 2Nm to 4Nm depending on reduction ratio. Reduction ratios from 7.5:1 to 100:1 are available. The self-locking feature is effective at ratios of 30:1 and above. We provide optional motors including DC brushless motors, and DC brushed motors for flexible integration.

Wide range of configurations:

Center distance 58mm, reduction ratio 7.5–100:1, output torque 2–4Nm, input power up to 18W, multiple input shaft options.
