RS775 DC Motor for Automatic Soap Dispensers: Precision Power Drive, Delivering Hygienic Cleansing in Every Drop
The RS775 DC motor is a customized core drive component tailored for automatic soap dispensers, integrating low-speed constant torque design, micro-precision transmission technology and full-sealed waterproof engineering. Powered by 6V/12V low-voltage power supplies (compatible with battery and USB dual power modes), it achieves stable quantitative pushing and slow-speed smooth operation, supporting core functions of automatic soap dispensers such as infrared induction quantitative liquid output, foam extrusion forming, and viscous lotion pushing for household, hotel, hospital and public place hand hygiene scenarios. It meets the stringent requirements of automatic soap dispensers for quantitative accuracy, waterproof durability, low power consumption and silent operation in wet and high-frequency use environments.

Working Principle
Automatic soap dispensers rely on the RS775 motor for the core power of precise liquid/foam delivery—the key to realizing contactless hygienic cleansing. The motor converts electrical energy into uniform low-speed mechanical rotation via its optimized multi-stage gear reduction system (customized for low torque and high precision), driving the internal spiral push rod or piston pump to perform linear reciprocating motion at a fixed speed (5-15 RPM). When the infrared induction module detects a hand signal, the control board triggers the motor to start, and the push rod/piston pump extrudes a fixed volume of soap liquid (0.5-2ml adjustable) or mixed soap liquid and air through the liquid outlet/foam net; after completing the output, the motor reverses and resets quickly, waiting for the next induction signal. For viscous lotions or thick soap liquids, the motor’s stable constant torque output ensures smooth pushing without blockage, while the precise gear transmission ratio strictly controls the rotation stroke of the push rod, realizing consistent quantitative output for each time. The motor is also integrated with a pressure feedback module, which automatically stops operation when encountering liquid blockage or empty bottle, avoiding idle rotation and motor damage.
Core Advantages
Adapted to the wet, high-frequency and contactless use characteristics of automatic soap dispensers, the RS775 motor features a perfect balance of precision drive and scenario adaptability, with outstanding performance advantages:
1. Micron-level quantitative output accuracy (±0.1ml): Customized fixed gear ratio and stroke limit design ensure consistent liquid/foam output volume for each induction, avoiding waste caused by excessive output or insufficient cleansing by too little output, adapting to different usage scenarios (hospital high-dose, household small-dose).
2. Stable constant torque for viscous liquid pushing: Max output torque ≥5N·m, with stable low-speed power output, easily pushing various viscous media such as hand sanitizer, shower gel, thick soap liquid and moisturizing lotion without blockage or stagnation, strong compatibility with different soap liquid types.
3. IPX8 full-sealed waterproof and anti-corrosion design: Adopts double-layer silicone shaft seal, one-piece sealed casing and corrosion-resistant internal components, effectively isolating water splashes, soap liquid erosion and humid air in bathroom/hand washing areas; the motor can withstand long-term soaking in water for a short time, no performance degradation or short circuit risk.
4. Ultra-silent operation (≤30dB): Optimized precision gear meshing, silent lubricating oil and shock-absorbing rubber cushion design, realizing almost inaudible operation during liquid output, avoiding noise disturbance in quiet environments such as hotels, offices and hospitals.
5. Dual power supply compatibility & ultra-low power consumption: Supports 6V/12V battery (AA/AAA rechargeable battery) and USB plug-in dual power modes; working current ≤50mA, standby current close to 0μA, a set of batteries can support ≥3000 times of liquid output, meeting long-term use needs without frequent power replacement/charging.
6. High-frequency use durability & wear resistance: Adopts high-strength engineering plastic gears and reinforced metal spiral push rod, resisting abrasion caused by long-term reciprocating motion and soap liquid corrosion; service life ≥50,000 working cycles, matching the high-frequency use requirements of public places such as shopping malls and hospitals.
7. Intelligent safety protection: Built-in empty bottle idle rotation protection, blockage overload protection and overheat protection modules; automatically power off when the bottle is empty, the liquid is blocked or the motor works abnormally, effectively extending the service life of the motor and the whole machine.
8. Compact structure & easy integration: Optimized miniaturization design (body diameter ≤40mm) with a slim output shaft, fitting the narrow internal space of wall-mounted, desktop and countertop automatic soap dispensers; standard installation interface, easy to assemble and replace, reducing the design difficulty of dispenser manufacturers.
