Features

1. 46mm center distance, compact right-angle design for space-limited installations

2. Output torque up to 1.5Nm, reduction ratio range 5:1 to 80:1

3. Built-in self-locking feature prevents reverse rotation (depending on ratio)

Description

TJW46FA is a compact worm gear motor featuring 46mm center distance and right-angle output design. The worm and worm wheel configuration provides high reduction ratios in a single stage while maintaining a small footprint. The self-locking characteristic (available at certain ratios) prevents back-driving, making it ideal for hoisting and holding applications. The gear housing is made of die-cast aluminum for good heat dissipation and structural rigidity. We provide optional motors such as brushed DC motors, brushless DC motors, and stepper motors, which can be matched with the TJW46FA worm gearbox for various speed and torque requirements.
