Description

TJW83FN is a large worm gear motor with 83mm center distance, designed for heavy industrial applications requiring high torque and reliable operation. The cast iron gear housing provides excellent rigidity and vibration damping. The worm is made of case-hardened 20CrMnTi steel, ground to precision, and the worm wheel is made of centrifugal cast ZCuSn10Pb1 bronze for superior wear resistance. Output torque ranges from 1Nm to 10Nm depending on reduction ratio. Reduction ratios from 7.5:1 to 100:1 are available. The large output shaft is supported by heavy-duty taper roller bearings for high radial and axial load capacity. We provide optional motors including brushless DC motors, and hydraulic motors for special applications.

Wide range of configurations:

Center distance 83mm, reduction ratio 7.5–100:1, output torque 1–10Nm, input power up to 15W, multiple input flange options.
