Smart Lifting Coffee Table
"Concealed in Millimeters · Silent in Motion" — Flattened Planetary Anti-Backlash Transmission Deformation Mechanism
Motor Types: DC Brushed Motor + Worm Gear Actuator / Planetary Gear Motor
Application Case:
The tabletop lifting and folding functions of the smart lifting coffee table employ electric actuators with built-in worm gear reduction mechanisms as the actuating elements. The actuator stroke typically ranges from 50 to 600 mm, with a load capacity reaching up to 600 kgf of pushing force. The motor utilizes a 12/24V DC permanent magnet motor, with a maximum no-load speed of 30 mm/s, and maintains a speed of 5–30 mm/s under rated load, accommodating speed requirements across various load-bearing scenarios.

Our Product Advantages:
Low-speed, high-torque output with rated current controlled within 3A, complying with household power safety standards
IP44/IP54 protection ratings, providing effective dust protection and splash resistance to suit the daily use environment of coffee tables
Built-in bidirectional limit switches + overload protection, preventing mechanism damage due to misoperation
Addressing Market Pain Points:
As a piece of furniture subject to high-frequency daily use, motor longevity and safety are core pain points for coffee tables. Our solution adopts a metal gearbox and self-locking worm structure, resolving the issues of wear-induced noise and self-locking failure that cause tabletops to slip downward after prolonged use of ordinary motors.
