Industrial Labeling Machine & Coding Machine
"Micron-Level Label Seeking · Instant Bus Response" — Closed-Loop Encoder High-Precision Positioning Stepper/Brushless Drive Module
Motor Types: DC Stepper Motor / DC Brushless Motor + Precision Planetary Gearbox
Application Case:
The label peeling, label feeding, and backing paper rewinding operations in industrial labeling machines are coordinated by multiple DC motors. The take-up roller is driven by a DC geared motor to achieve precise stepper feeding of the label web; the label pressing cylinder or motor drives the press plate to complete the label application action. In coding machines, the positioning and lifting of the inkjet or laser marking mechanism is also controlled by a miniature DC actuator motor. The motors must possess precise position control capability, typically equipped with encoders for closed-loop control.

Our Product Advantages:
Standard with optical encoders or Hall sensors, enabling closed-loop label position control with labeling accuracy of ±0.5mm
Low-inertia rotor design for rapid response, adapting to high-speed labeling production lines (≥60 units/min)
Supports EtherCAT or Modbus bus communication, seamlessly integrating into industrial automation systems
Addressing Market Pain Points:
The accuracy of labeling and coding directly impacts product compliance and brand image. Conventional pneumatic solutions suffer from difficult precision control and require air compressors, increasing energy consumption. Our solution resolves the pain point of label position deviation through closed-loop motor control, while achieving over 40% energy savings compared to pneumatic solutions, reducing production line operating costs.
