Deformable TV Cabinet
"Millisecond Response · Endless Durability" — High Start-Stop Endurance Brushless Motor Dispensing Assembly
Motor Types: DC Brushed Motor + Worm Gear/Planetary Gear Reducer
Application Case:
TV cabinet deformation mechanisms (such as TV lift-and-hide systems and cabinet sliding expansion systems) are driven by miniature DC geared motors. The motor achieves speed reduction through a worm gear or planetary gearbox, lowering the output speed to a range of 5–200 rpm, with output torque customizable from 1 gf·cm to 50 kgf·cm based on load requirements. The motor is equipped with built-in limit switches that automatically cut off power upon reaching the end position, preventing mechanism overload damage.

Our Product Advantages:
- Combination of metal worm gear and plastic helical gear, offering both high torque density and low gear noise characteristics
- Flattened gearbox design, adapted to the limited installation space of TV cabinets
- Optional reed switch signal feedback, enabling one-touch remote control deformation and scene-based automation
Addressing Market Pain Points:
Deformation mechanisms are highly sensitive to installation space and noise. Our product's flattened gearbox structure resolves the installation difficulty posed by traditional oversized motors; the optimized gear tooth profile design significantly reduces operating noise, eliminating mechanical noise interference during viewing.
