Through planetary gearbox reduction, it converts high-speed rotation into high-torque output, driving the curling iron's rotating mechanism to automatically wrap and curl hair. The motor diameter typically ranges from 22 to 38 mm, with an adjustable reduction ratio of 5:1 to 1500:1, and output speed controlled within the low-speed, high-torque range of 5–100 rpm, ensuring that the curling process does not tug or pull on hair. The motor must be equipped with high-temperature resistant materials to withstand the heating environment of the curling iron.
