Working Principle

Medical drills rely on the 5775BL brushless motor for the core power drive of surgical drilling and cutting—the key power source directly affecting surgical efficiency and operation safety. As a brushless permanent magnet motor, it abandons traditional mechanical commutation structures, converting electrical energy into high-efficiency mechanical rotation via electronic commutation and magnetic field coupling, and driving the drill bit/cutting head to rotate at a customized speed through a precision coaxial transmission mechanism. The motor is integrated with the medical drill’s intelligent control module, realizing stepless precision speed regulation (500-8000 RPM) and torque real-time adjustment: low speed + high torque for hard bone drilling/osteotomy to ensure stable penetration without drill bit slippage; high speed + low torque for soft tissue dissection/dental crown preparation to achieve fine shaping without tissue damage. It is equipped with real-time torque and speed feedback sensors, which can automatically adjust output power when encountering abnormal resistance (such as drill bit jamming in bone tissue), and even stop instantly to avoid surgical risks such as bone fracture or soft tissue contusion, realizing the intelligent matching of power and surgical needs.
